Terms of Service

Welcome to TubeSeeks (“TubeSeeks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TubeSeeks website at tubeseeks.com, the workspace at tubeseeks.com/workspace, and related tools and features we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, starting a paid plan, or clicking to accept where offered, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If these Terms are shown in a language other than English, that version is for convenience only. The English version is the authoritative text. If there is any conflict between a translation and the English version, the English version controls to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1. Services overview

TubeSeeks provides software tools that may include, depending on your plan and availability:

• Turning a YouTube link into draft posts for platforms such as X (Twitter), Instagram, RedNote, LinkedIn, and blog articles
• Generating platform-sized post covers from the same video source
• Downloading or exporting media and related assets from a submitted YouTube link, where technically supported
• A credit-based workspace for generating drafts and covers

The Services are a technical utility. We do not claim ownership of third-party videos or materials you choose to process. We do not guarantee that every YouTube URL, format, or quality will always be available. We are not responsible for whether your use of third-party content is lawful.

Nothing in the Services is an offer to host, distribute, or publish your content to the public on our behalf, except as needed to operate features you explicitly use.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use online services and consent to data processing, whichever is higher.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account was compromised.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including copyright, privacy, publicity, or platform rules such as YouTube’s)
• Use the Services to scrape, harvest, or collect data at scale in a way that harms TubeSeeks, other users, or third-party systems
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, bypass security or authentication, or access non-public areas without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services except where mandatory law prohibits this restriction
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or use outputs to create or spread unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content
• Circumvent billing, credit limits, fair-use controls, or other technical enforcement

We may investigate and take action — including suspension or termination — if we reasonably believe these Terms or acceptable use have been violated.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you own, or have all rights and licenses needed to submit, a YouTube URL (or other content) and to use any outputs in your intended context
• Complying with YouTube’s terms and policies, and those of any other platform where you publish TubeSeeks outputs
• Reviewing drafts, covers, transcripts, and downloads for accuracy, suitability, and legality before you publish or rely on them

TubeSeeks is not a law firm and does not provide legal or compliance advice. You use the Services at your own risk regarding third-party claims arising from your conduct or content.

5. Your content and license to TubeSeeks

• As between you and TubeSeeks, you retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the licenses below.
• You grant TubeSeeks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, transmit, and create derivative works from your submissions solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, and operate the Services for you — consistent with our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the rights needed to grant the foregoing license
• Your submissions do not violate applicable law or third-party rights

We do not claim ownership of your source videos or of the drafts, covers, or files you generate through the Services, except for our underlying software, models, branding, and site materials.

6. AI-assisted outputs

• Posts, articles, covers, and related generations may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or not unique
• Outputs are starting points for editing — not professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice
• You are responsible for human review before publishing or using outputs in any high-stakes context

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeSeeks disclaims liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-assisted outputs.

7. Third-party platforms and materials

The Services interoperate with or reference third-party platforms (especially YouTube) and may process third-party materials you submit. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, policies, fees, changes, or content.

Your dealings with YouTube or any other third party are solely between you and that party. Names of third-party products are for identification only and do not imply endorsement.

8. Plans, credits, fees, and taxes

Certain features require a paid plan. Current plans (such as Starter, Pro, and Advanced), prices, credit allowances, and feature differences (for example, post covers unlocking on higher plans, or HD download perks) are described on our Pricing page and at checkout, and may change prospectively.

• Credits are a monthly allowance used for generating post drafts and covers in the workspace. Unused credits typically reset each billing period unless we state otherwise in-product.
• Billing may be monthly or yearly as you select at checkout. You authorize TubeSeeks and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees and taxes.
• Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once charged, including if you stop using the Services mid-cycle or if unused credits expire or reset.
• We may suspend paid features for failed payment, suspected fraud, or abuse.

Marketing pages and pricing summaries explain how plans and credits generally work. They are for convenience and do not create separate warranties beyond these Terms. If anything on a marketing page conflicts with these Terms, these Terms control.

9. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services (including features, supported platforms, credit rules, or pricing) at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

We may also update these Terms. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you where practicable (for example, by updating the “Last updated” date or an in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, unless applicable law requires a different process.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output or download will meet your requirements or be lawful for your intended use in every jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TUBESEEKS OR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TUBESEEKS’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO TUBESEEKS FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM — AND ZERO IF YOU HAD NO PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS DURING THAT PERIOD.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TubeSeeks and its affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your content or your use of outputs or downloads; (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (c) your violation of third-party rights (including YouTube or other platform rights).

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict regarding personal data, the Privacy Policy governs solely for personal-data processing to the extent required by applicable law.

14. Termination and suspension

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access (including accounts) at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or need to do so to comply with law or protect the Services or other users.

Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms cease, and we may delete account data subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

15. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and TubeSeeks regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and this General section) survive termination.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction’s laws, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
