Privacy and Cookies Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
If this Privacy and Cookies Policy is shown in any language other than English, that version is for convenience only. The English version is the authoritative text. If there is any conflict between a translation and the English version, the English version controls to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This Privacy and Cookies Policy describes how TubeSeeks (“TubeSeeks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses information on websites that link to this policy — including tubeseeks.com (the “Site”) — and through the TubeSeeks workspace and related tools at tubeseeks.com/workspace (the “Services”). By using the Site or Services, you acknowledge this policy.
We take privacy seriously. We do not sell your personal information. Submitted YouTube links and related inputs are processed to fulfill your requests (for example drafts, covers, or exports). We do not sell personal data for advertising.
1. Information we collect through the Services
To operate and improve the Services, we may collect:
- Account information — Email address and other details you provide when you sign up, sign in, or manage your account.
- Billing information — Plan selection and payment-related details needed to process subscriptions. Card data is typically handled by our payment processor; we receive confirmation and limited billing metadata, not full card numbers where the processor hosts checkout.
- Inputs you submit — YouTube URLs or video IDs, and any other links or text you provide for processing. Used to generate drafts, covers, and related exports you request.
- Usage data — Features you use (for example post generation, covers, downloads), timestamps, credit usage, and similar product interaction data, to operate and improve the Services.
- Device and technical data — Browser type, operating system, IP address, device or session identifiers, and similar data used for compatibility, security, and performance.
- Communication data — Messages you send to [email protected] or other support channels, used to respond and resolve issues.
We apply reasonable security measures and access controls. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data as described in “Your rights” below.
2. Information we collect on the Site
When you visit the Site, we may also collect:
- Information you volunteer — For example when you contact us, start a plan, or submit a form (such as email or billing-related details).
- Cookies and similar technologies — As described in the Cookies section below, including preferences (for example language) and, where enabled, analytics.
- Log and referral data — Pages visited, approximate time of access, referrer, and basic technical data needed to serve and secure the Site.
We use Site information to maintain and improve the Site and Services, respond to inquiries, remember preferences, measure usage, prevent abuse, and send operational messages about your account or the Services. Where marketing messages are used, you can opt out where required.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide drafts, covers, downloads/exports, and the workspace
- Authenticate accounts, apply plan limits, and process payments
- Secure the Site and Services and prevent fraud or abuse
- Understand product usage and improve reliability and features
- Communicate about your account, billing, or material service changes
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
YouTube links and related content you submit are processed to fulfill your request. We do not claim ownership of your source videos or the drafts and files you generate. You should only submit content you own or are authorized to use.
4. How we share information
We may share information:
- With service providers that help us run the Site and Services (for example hosting, email, payment processing, AI or media processing needed to fulfill a request, analytics where enabled, and customer support tools)
- When required by law, or to protect TubeSeeks, users, or others from harm or unlawful activity
- With your direction or prior consent
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site and Services to keep the product working and, where enabled, to understand usage:
- Strictly necessary — Required for security, authentication, load balancing, and basic site operation.
- Preferences / functionality — Remember choices such as language or UI settings.
- Analytics / performance — Where enabled, help us understand how the Site and Services are used so we can improve them.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect sign-in, language preference, or other features. Where third-party analytics are used, those providers may receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed under their own policies.
6. Your choices
- Update account details in the workspace where available
- Adjust cookie and tracking settings in your browser (and device settings on mobile)
- Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to applicable law
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting support
If you use industry opt-out tools for interest-based advertising (where relevant to third-party ads you encounter elsewhere), examples include the Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative. TubeSeeks itself does not sell personal data for advertising.
7. Third parties
The Site and Services may link to or interoperate with third parties (including YouTube and payment providers). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing data to them.
8. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements — then delete or anonymize it where practicable.
9. International transfers
Personal information may be stored or processed in countries other than where you live, including places with different data-protection standards. When we transfer personal data, we take steps designed to protect it in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
- Request deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable
- Object to or opt out of certain processing, including marketing
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable
To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your request before responding.
11. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy and Cookies Policy by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated policy, unless applicable law requires a different process.
